Keegan & Grace - Couple Session along the Blue Ridge Parkway - Wintergreen

The Blue Ridge Parkway never disappoints. Especially when you have a beautiful couple like Grace & Keegan willing to meet you at sunrise on a misty morning. The fog rolling over the mountains was a perfect back drop highlighting these two as they explored & ran along the Blue Ridge Parkway near Wintergreen Resort. We hopped from overlook to overlook checking out the beautiful scenery the parkway had to offer.

Adventure Couple Session at Swinging Bridge Trail in the Redwoods at Yosemite

On the last day on my trip to Yosemite for the Adventurers Workshop, we headed to Swinging Bridge Trail in The Redwoods. Before we had to hit the road, we made a short hike at sunset while we all explored the bridge and the quiet views the scenic trail had to offer. The trail is peaceful in comparison to the views in Yosemite Valley and the water was surprisingly clear. I wanted to so badly to jump right in. But I was too focused on capturing the magic that was Abbie & Callen.

Yosemite National Park Styled Elopement

Ryan & Kim were running across the valley, jumping onto tree trunks, & keeping all of us photographers on our toes the entire time. Not only were they not afraid to take risks, the way these two looked at each other brought me to tears. Actual tears. The overwhelming emotion I felt capturing the way they naturally moved together is indescribable. Ryan knew just how to make Kim flash that jaw dropping, gorgeous smile and they way he looked at her was like they were the only two people in the entire valley.

Yosemite Views

It was raining the day I returned to my house a week and a half ago. Which was not the welcome home one would hope for after spending the last few days in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, with 60 degree weather and not a cloud in the sky. With it being mid February, Yosemite had a chance of being pretty cold & snowy; so, the weather was the cherry on top of this incredible trip.
